By offering online booking through the Mindbody platform, with options spanning from clinical programs to personal training, we aim to make achieving fitness goals convenient and fun for all ages. All memberships include access to our state-of-the-art fitness equipment as well as field and court spaces during open sessions, discounted rates for rental spaces and equipment, and free or discounted rates to our catalog of classes!

Whether it’s for a post-game celebration, a birthday, an employee party, or just a general get-together with friends, let us host your party! Party rooms are available for rental and can be packaged with some of our rental equipment, like our batting cage and pitching machine. Fun for all ages.

Sports Performance Tips
Include variety in your workouts, such as multiple forms of cardio, bodyweight strength exercises, etc.
Track and measure your performance in each workout. How far, how long, how fast did you go?
Dedicate time to recovery. Your muscles need time to repair, don’t train through pain.
Hydrate properly! Aim for 20-40 oz of water and low-sugar electrolyte drinks per workout.
Fuel your body! Eat health carbs, proteins, and fats.
Rethink your drink: Sugary drinks are empty calories.
Avoid processed foods as often as possible. Eat real food.
Prioritize vegetables, fruits, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats in your meals.
Set a reasonable daily caloric intake and maintain it.
Practice portion control. Higher frequency, less quantity.
Enjoy what you'd like to eat, just eat less of it.
